Anxiety in the Modern World: Talk and Q&A with Joshua Fletcher

MAY 6TH | 7 PM | ONLINE

We are delighted to present a webinar with Joshua Fletcher, TEDx speaker, psychotherapist and author, ahead of the release of his new book, Same Time Next Week?

His earlier book, How does that make you feel?, offered a searingly honest insight into the inner world of the therapist, and what exactly happens in the therapy room.

Joshua’s latest book, due out on 14th May, offers a fresh take on our anxiety-inducing world, through the stories of four brave clients. Through these stories, Joshua shares insights into how we can cope in a world that feels increasingly stressful and pressured.  Whether you are a counsellor or psychotherapist, or simply interested in understanding anxiety more deeply, this session offers an opportunity to reflect on how anxiety shows up and how we might begin to work with it.

The book covers topics like exposure therapy and the importance of understanding your own body and mind.— Josh Fletcher
